Low Magnesium Levels: can lead to fatigue, tired muscles, muscle spasms and general tiredness. Increase your magnesium intake, eat more: leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans and lentils. Or you can supplement and extra 250mg of magnesium a day and see if this helps.
Low B-12 can cause fatigue- having B-12 injections can increase levels quickly. Taking a B-complex is also a great way to increase energy levels.
Vitamin C- this vitamin is essential to your immune system and helps make stress hormones. When it becomes depleted the body’s reaction is fatigue. Increase your dietary intake or add 2,000mg a day. High sources of vitamin C foods are: guava, papaya, red and yellow peppers, kiwi, broccoli, red cabbage, oranges and strawberries
Stay Hydrated, dehydration can lead to fatigue especially when drinking more than 2-3 cups of coffee a day. Ideally drink 1.5 litres of water a day.
Eating enough protein throughout the day. One of the main reasons for tiredness is poor eating and unbalanced blood sugar. Ideally eat protein every 3 hrs. Good sources: nuts,lentils,chickpeas,yogurt,meats,cheese,tofu
Get Enough Sleep! 7-8 hrs is ideal. Go to bed before midnight. Signs of BURNOUT:
