Low Magnesium Levels: can lead to fatigue, tired muscles, muscle spasms and general tiredness. Increase your magnesium intake, eat more: leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans and lentils. Or you can supplement and extra 250mg of magnesium a day and see if this helps.
